Ge-An is an associate specializing in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions. Her practice encompasses advising domestic and foreign clients on regulatory compliance, incorporation, corporate housekeeping, real estate, labor and employment, and general corporate matters. Her work also includes drafting and reviewing contracts and other legal documents, conducting due diligence, and coordinating with various government regulatory agencies.

Before joining the firm, Ge-An served as a Court Decongestion Officer at a Regional Trial Court, where she assisted the presiding judge in issuing orders and rendering court decisions. During her tenure as a Court Decongestion Officer, she significantly contributed to declogging of the court’s docket. She also mentors bar reviewees at the affiliate bar review center of her alma mater.

Ge-An earned her undergraduate degree in Business Economics and herJuris Doctor from the University of Santo Tomas.
