Jazmine Rose Macatangay is an associate focusing on corporate and commercial law. She assists local and foreign clients on a range of issues involving corporate governance, regulatory compliance, contract review, digital finance, and various corporate issues. Her work also includes advisory support on data privacy, financial technology platforms, energy and utilities, and consumer protection.  

In addition to her practice, she is proficient in both spoken and written Japanese, holding JLPT N1 and BJT J2 certifications, and has previously undertaken various translation and interpreter projects for organizations and professionals, assisting with both technical and business‑oriented communications.
