JK is an associate specializing in corporate and commercial law. He assists clients, both foreign and domestic, on a broad range of legal matters, including contract review, regulatory compliance, and M&A transactions. He has also handled advisory work on energy, data privacy, labor and employment, real estate and infrastructure, intellectual property, consumer protection, fintech, and TMT, among others.

Previously, he served as an attorney in a local government unit. In this role, he provided counsel on legal and policy matters, contract management, and stakeholder engagement, gaining valuable insight into public sector processes.

He completed Political Science at the University of Santo Tomas, graduating cum laude and ranking first in his class. He later obtained his Juris Doctor degree from the same university, where he served as executive editor of the school’s law journal.
